When you create an account, we collect your email address and username. When you interact with SudokuBank, we store your puzzle uploads, solutions, ratings, comments, and bookmarks.

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties. Your data is used solely to operate and improve SudokuBank.

Your data is secured using Supabase Postgres, RLS, and encrypted connections with secure password hashing.

All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.

SudokuBank uses only essential cookies required for authentication and maintaining your session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics that track your behavior.

Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, no cookie consent is required under GDPR and similar regulations.

You may delete your account at any time on your account page. When your account is deleted:

• Your profile information and email are permanently removed
• Your puzzles, comments, ratings, and other contributions are deleted or anonymized
• This action is irreversible and cannot be undone

By using SudokuBank, you agree to use the platform responsibly and respectfully. You must not:

• Upload puzzles created by others without their explicit permission
• Post content that is offensive, abusive, hateful, or inappropriate (NSFW)
• Harass, bully, or target other users through comments or other interactions
• Abuse the reporting system by submitting false or malicious reports
• Attempt to manipulate ratings, solve counts, or other metrics
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform

SudokuBank reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these terms of service. Actions that may result in account termination include:

• Repeated violations of acceptable use policies
• Uploading copyrighted or stolen puzzle content
• Engaging in harassment or abusive behavior
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform

We will make reasonable efforts to warn users before termination, except in cases of severe violations where immediate action is necessary.
